There are some mornings where I just don’t want to make breakfast. I usually have a serving of oatmeal with a few table spoons of brown sugar along with an 8 oz glass of OJ. That is a good mornings breakfast.
There are those mornings where I find myself rushing to get ready cause I was either running my mouth at the gym too long or I just had to finish that episode on Netflix, or on the rare occasion, I had to take K-Dub to daycare. Breakfast is a struggle. So why not make it easy on yourself.
I came up with an easy protein shake that I can make on those rushing out the door days or after those hard workout sessions. Its quick and easy as well as super good!
1 Scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 Tablespoons of PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)
2 Cups of Cashew Milk
Throw all ingredients in a blender bottle or blender and shake until well blended and enjoy!
